Domaine Bonabaud's first estate-grown wine is an elegant and aromatic Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon blend (with a touch of Cabernet Franc too), produced on a light soil of gravels and sand, so typical of our estate.
The colour is a captivating dark ruby red. The nose exhales rich dark fruits, black cherry, and white pepper aromas. The structure is precisely balanced between freshness and firmness. Pairs best with white meats, pasta, risotto or tuna steak.
Grape varieties: Merlot 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, Cabernet Franc 5%.
Ageing: At least 12 months in new French oak barrels, depending on the vintage.
