Domaine Bonabaud's second estate-grown, low sulfites wine (below Demeter norms) is an expressive and Merlot and Cabernets Franc & Sauvignon blend, made from selected vineyard plots sitting on the former bed of the nearby Nézereau River, now fringing our estate.
The colour is dark ruby red. The nose exhales fresh cherry, raspberry, and red rose aromas. The palate is full body, yet well balanced between freshness and firmness. Pairs best with grilled meats, pasta, or tuna steak.
